M1 Global Solutions takes 20,890 sf at 5775 Glenridge Drive - Kellogg Partners

M1 Global Solutions, a privately held technology firm headquartered in Atlanta was represented by Kellogg Partners in a recent headquarters transaction. The company signed a sublease for approximately 20,890 sf in Perimeter Submarket at the E Building of the Lakeside Complex commencing in November of 2005. “Kellogg Partners found us great space at the right price” commented Craig Mento CEO of M1.
