Informiam expands both U.S. and International Operations with the assistance of Kellogg Partners.

Informiam, a leading provider of real-time performance management software for contact center operations has successfully completed the expansion of its Atlanta based headquarters as well as its Toronto based development center. These new expansions will allow Informiam growth capacity for an additional 50 people. Started in 2002, Informiam has grown from the original 3 founders to over 40 full time employees today. This growth has been fueled by strong demand for Informiam’s industry leading real-time performance management products.

Assisting Informiam with their real estate growth needs has been Fred Roddy, Principal with the commercial real-estate firm Kellogg Partners. Kellogg worked with Informiam on both their U.S. and Canadian real estate transactions. “I’ve watched Informiam grow from 3 entrepreneurs and a great idea into a thriving software company with a growing customer base”, states Mr. Roddy. “It has been great to see the company execute on its vision and build it’s customer base. Informiam’s growth is on a sturdy foundation and I am quite sure that this expansion is only the beginning”.

Informiam’s Clearpath for Contact Centers currently monitors the real-time business operations of over 50,000 contact center agents handling over 1.5 million calls a day.
