GEORGIA STATEWIDE MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Georgia Statewide Minority Business Development Center (GMBDC), funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and operated by the Georgia Tech Economic Development Institute, and Kellogg Partners, a commercial real estate advisory services firm have agreed to work together to assist and encourage minority business development, help minority businesses maximize profits, and generally improve the climate for minority businesses. Kellogg Partners will serve as the recommended commercial real estate advisor to the 100+ companies served by the GMBDC. Kellogg Partners will review current and future real estate solutions and needs in partnership with the GMBDC as a part of a comprehensive business development initiative by the GMBDC.

About the GMBDC: The Georgia Minority Business Enterprise Center (GMBEC) is part of a national network of centers established to increase the number of minority-owned businesses and strengthen existing ones. Our services are designed to improve access to capital, make businesses more profitable, create jobs, and increase sustainability of companies.

Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) and operated by Georgia Tech Economic Development and Technology Ventures, GMBEC is committed to working with all Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) needing assistance in start-up, expansion, and sustainability.
